2009: Henri is further motivated after his schoolmates' expressed admiration on his piano performance.  He continues to work hard in his piano studies.  He is currently working on examination 4 and 5 materials, as well as studies in harmony, piano techniques, and styles.  He is showing particular interest with classical romantics, and 20th century classic contemporary works.  He particularly enjoys "Fur Elise", "Tarantella", and compositions by Bartok.  Henri will be performing in Student Winter Concert 2009.

2008:   Henri has now studied for over a year with Ms. Mak, and has developed enthusiasm and incredible momentum with his piano studies.  He is now completing "Fur Elise", "Tarantella" by Pieczonka, and other works in the Alfred grade 4 and grade 5 levels.   Henri studied violin briefly when he was 4.  

2007:  Henri began his first piano lessons with Ms. Mak in 2007, and within 6 months moved up to level 2 pieces and began working with "Everybody's Favorite Piano Pieces for Children".
